Mr. Partha Prateem Dutta, Founder of PPD & Associates, is a seasoned civil engineer with over two decades of experience in delivering innovative and enduring infrastructure solutions. Mr. Bijon Bihari Dutta, a Bachelor of Engineering graduate (1965), brings decades of distinguished experience in the construction of major and minor bridges, and critical infrastructure. Renowned for his technical expertise and leadership, he served as Resident Engineer for BCEOM–AARVEE–STUP JV on the East–West Corridor Project, Assam, from 2006 to 2018. Since 2022, he has been an advisor to PPD & Associates, offering strategic guidance and mentorship that strengthens the firm’s engineering excellence.

Mr. Pritish Chandra Bardhan, B.Sc. (1975) and B.E. in Civil Engineering (1979), brings over four decades of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on highway construction. His expertise spans pavement quality concrete, asphalt pavements, major bridges, FIDIC and EPC contracts, and large-scale project delivery. He has led the execution of 348 km of 4-lane asphalt highways and 250 km of rigid pavements across multiple Indian states, with additional international experience in the UAE. Having held senior roles with leading engineering firms, he has been associated with PPD & Associates since 2024, strengthening its highway and infrastructure capabilities.

Mr. Pankaj Kumar Bezbaruah, Diploma (1994) and B.E. in Civil Engineering (2010), has extensive experience in highway projects, having served in key roles such as Survey Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Highway Maintenance Engineer, and Senior Engineer. He has worked with reputed organizations including Unihorn India Pvt. Ltd., URS Scott Wilson India Pvt. Ltd., Aarvee Associates, and Punj Lloyd Ltd. A professional member of the Indian Roads Congress, he demonstrates a strong commitment to technical excellence and industry standards.

Mr. Shubhash Chandra Sarkar, B.E. (1989), brings over three decades of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. He has worked with leading organizations including CES, Scott Wilson, and AECOM. Currently serving as Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Expert at PPD & Associates, he provides strategic leadership in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, B.Tech in Civil Engineering, has over two decades of experience as a Highway Design Engineer. His expertise includes geometric design, DPR preparation, drainage systems, and road safety for Greenfield and Brownfield projects under EPC, HAM, and BOT models. Proficient in GIS applications, surveys, detailed design, GFC drawings, and BOQs, he has a strong track record of leading design teams and supporting project execution. Since joining PPD & Associates in 2025, he has been a key contributor to the firm’s highway and infrastructure design capabilities.

Mr. Ashish Sharma, a Postgraduate in Civil Engineering, brings over two decades of experience in infrastructure construction and consulting across metro systems (elevated and underground), railways, high-speed rail, and highways. He specializes in cost estimation, budgeting and cost control, contract and tender negotiations, and project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. Holding a PG Diploma in Business Administration and PMP certification, he combines technical expertise with strong strategic and project leadership capabilities.

Mr. Pranjeet Chakravarty, B.E. in Civil Engineering (2008) with an MBA in Project Management (2012), has over 17 years of experience in highway construction and management. He specializes in managing large-scale EPC projects, with strong control over execution, quality, safety, cost, and stakeholder coordination. Well versed in MoRTH specifications, IRC standards, IS codes, EPC contracts, and PSU procedures, he also brings hands-on expertise in claims, EOTs, arbitration support, DPR preparation, and compliance documentation.

Mr. Debajit Saikia, B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2015), has experience in highway and bridge projects, having worked as a Site Engineer (Highways) and later as a Quantity Surveyor. Since joining PPD & Associates in 2022, he currently serves as Associate Manager – Planning & Coordination, supporting effective project planning and execution.

Mr. Lalit Singh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 years of professional experience. He has previously worked as an Assurance Consultant with EY (Ernst & Young), which is one of the 'Big Four’ accounting firms globally, gaining significant exposure to assurance and consultancy services. He has been associated with PPD & Associates since 2022, where he continues to contribute in his professional capacity.

Mr. Hirak Jyoti Saikia is a Graduate Engineer with 14 years of experience in the highway sector. He joined PPD & Associates in 2022 and is currently serving as Manager – Business Development.

Mr. Subir Biswas holds a Diploma in Survey and has over three decades of experience as a highway surveyor, including extensive experience in leading and managing survey teams.
